General Conditions of Sale

2.1 Purpose

These general conditions of sale govern any order placed on the Emoun'art site concerning the creation of Ketoubot and other personalized artistic works.

2.2 Products

Ketoubot are unique pieces made by hand, to order. The visuals and descriptions are given for information purposes only.

2.3 Order and payment

• Order process: The customer places an order via Whatsapp and receives a confirmation by email.

• Payment: Payments are accepted via bank transfer

• Prices: Prices are listed in (euros/shekels) and may include or exclude VAT depending on the status of the company.

2.4 Deadlines and delivery

• Manufacturing: Each Ketubah is made to order and can take up to 8 weeks depending on complexity.

• Delivery: Deliveries are made by UPS outside Israel or hand-delivered on site.

2.5 Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products. No cancellation or refund is possible once production has started.

2.6 After-sales service and complaints

For any questions or complaints, the customer can contact Emoun'art at contact@emounart.com within 14 days of receiving the work.
